Our first offering will be an investment platform to manage a portfolio of investments in the FTSE100. Fees will be low enough that you can diversify your investments and actively manage your portfolio, even if you are investing as little as £250.

When we launch, you will be able to use our platform to buy or sell shares in any company in the FTSE 100.

Our platform has been designed so that it can be just as easily used on your phone as on the desktop. Trading is as simple as moving a slider to adjust your exposure to each company and clicking to create the order.

There are two innovations which are key to StockFrog.

Firstly, the variable fees are charged at rates that would normally only be available to individuals with portfolios of many tens or even hundreds of thousand of pounds.

Secondly, you can trade fractions of shares, so you can diversify your investments as much want with no minimum transaction value.

We aim to launch our investment and trading platform service to the public in late 2015.

Be the first: customers will be invited to start using our investment and trading platform on a 'first come, first served' basis. By joining the early access program, you can beat the crowd.

Virtual investing, a real contribution: we may invite you to participate in prototypes of our platform. You will be given a notional amount to invest using the latest version of our platform. The user interface will be the same as if you were investing in the real stock market. By doing so, you will allow us to gather feedback and other information on our platform, and help us provide a better service to our customers.

Prizes, promotions and special offers: members of our early access program will be eligible to receive special offers which will not be open to the general public.
